Review copies can be obtained from the Berghahn marketing departments in the United States or the United Kingdom. 

Please submit your request on the letterhead of the publication in which the review is to appear. We ask that you supply us with two copies of the review on publication. 

Please make sure to include the ISBN number of the title in your request.
